The rental prices are for the villa, not per person and
are fully inclusive of welcome pack, use of air conditioning and heating, safe, high chair and baby's cot. All bed linen, bath, hand, pool and kitchen towels are also provided. Beach towels are not supplied.
 
Please note, the villa is unsuitable for wheelchair access as there are 14 steps leading down from the road.
 
We request that smoking is restricted to the naya and terrace areas only.
The villa will be available from 16:00 hrs on the day of arrival and we request that it is vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
 
Please note that our preferred changeover day is SATURDAY - unfortunately we can't guarantee that we will be able to accommodate bookings commencing on any other days, especially in peak season.

 
Deposit (30% of villa rental rate) secures the booking.
 
Damage deposit €250 is payable with the final invoice and is refundable within 14 days of return from holiday, less any damage or breakages.
For long term bookings this may be increased.
 
Balance of payment is due 8 weeks before arrival.
 
Cancellation refunds:
Up to 8 weeks before - no cancellation charge
4 - 8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded
2 - 4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks - no refund
